I can describe every meal I have eaten at
Kao with one word -Wow!  A Thai
restaurant
(pronouced "cow") that mixes many Savannah seafood favorites.  This
restaurant appeals to all five senses.  Great food and beautiful presentations.
Very hard to find - Near Bonaventure Cemetery.   www.kaothaicuisine.net

Skidaway Island - my neighborhood
The Kroger Shopping Center offers a nice selection of restaurants if your visiting
the Landings or Skidaway Island State Park.  The
Omelette House has a great
breakfast that will fill you up with good food.
The Mandarin Wok offer good food
to go.  Lunch specials with enough food to feed 3 people or one hungry
construction worker.
I hit it today for lunch.  The Restaurant Adriatic is on the far
side of the shopping center at the end and is a nugget of gold for the area.
Small, fine dining restaurant.

Nearby in Sandfly GA - corner of Skidaway Road and Ferguson you will find a
great inexpensive Tex-Mex cafe -
Jalopeno's.  Good luck finding a parking place
near the building.  Loud, busy, crowded but really good food.
